DO YOU PHOTOGRAPH YOUR SESSIONS IN STUDIO OR ON LOCATION?
3 girls photography photographs sessions both in our custom designed studio and on location at our exclusive sites. Depending on the session type you desire (senior, family, three, or boutique) you will have several options or combinations to choose from. As a general rule, however, sessions involving children 1 year old or younger should be held in studio. This provides a safe and comfortable environment for your baby. All other sessions have options either outdoors or in the studio.
DO YOU OFFER CUSTOM FRAMING?
Absolutely! 3 girls photography specializes in art to decorate your home. As such, we offer both custom canvas gallery wraps and custom-framed portrait art (in addition to other custom art displays, such as our image books). This is part of the all-inclusive experience you will receive from the moment you call the studio. We have a large variety of beautiful custom frames that allows you to pick up your images ready to be hung in your home or wrapped for a perfect gift for a loved one. We work with each client to ensure you choose a frame perfect for your image and the style of your home.
WHAT IS A WALL COLLECTION?
These are collections of images that are hung together to make a statement, whether as canvas gallery wraps or custom-framed wall portraits. We offer a variety of collections which are displayed throughout our studio, and will make suggestions for you based on your home decor and the images from your shoot for a collection that will help tell your own personal story.

WHEN DO I GET TO SEE THE IMAGES FROM MY SESSION AND PLACE MY ORDER?
The most important decisions in the portrait process occur during your ordering appointment. We take great pride in providing our clients with an interactive and fun way to place your order. When you schedule your portrait session, we will also schedule your ordering appointment at the same time. This appointment will take place approximately 5-7 days after your portrait session. It is very important that all decision makers are present during this time, as this is the appointment where your final decisions will be made. As this is a time where you will want to devote your full attention (ordering appointments take between 1 and 1.5 hours), we ask that you arrange for a babysitter for children under the age of 12. At your ordering appointment we will present your images in a gorgeous slideshow, and our image expert will then help you select the images, groupings, books and frames suitable for your home, office and for gifts for friends and family. We are trained to help you select the best images and display presentations, and feel this process is a very important service that we can offer to our clients.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?
Your portraits will be ready for pickup approximately 6-8 weeks after your order is placed. Quality takes time, so please allow us the time needed to provide you with with the quality you expect from a custom boutique studio.
HOW LONG WILL YOU KEEP MY FILES?
Non-ordered images will be removed from our system following your ordering appointment – we do not archive files which are not ordered from. All ordered images are archived for a period of 3-5 years.
WHAT IF I NEED TO RESCHEDULE MY SESSION
We understand that unexpected events come up, whether due to illness, weather, travel delays or emergencies. If you need to reschedule, please call us as soon as possible (at least 24-48 hours in advance). While our session fees are non-refundable, you may use it for a one-time reschedule (if called within the 24-48 hour window) within 6 months of your original appointment date.
WHEN DO I PAY FOR MY SESSION FEE AND WHAT DOES THIS COVER?
Your full session fee payment is required at the time of booking. The session fee covers the time and talent of the portrait artist.
The session fee is non-refundable but may be applied towards a rescheduled session within 6 months with a 24-48 hour cancellation.
HOW WILL THE ARTIST SIGN MY IMAGES?
All gift prints (5x7s or 7x10s) are printed with a 3 girls logo. All wall portraits (14″ and larger) are hand-signed by the artist.
CAN I HAVE MY ITEMS SHIPPED TO ME?
If you desire shipping, we will charge a shipping and handling fee for your portrait order.
WHEN IS PAYMENT DUE FOR MY ORDER?
We require 50% of your order total at the time the order is placed. We do offer payment plans if needed. Your order must be paid for in full in order to pick up any portion of your order. Orders are non-refundable once the 50% payment has been received.
WHAT IF I WANT TO MAKE A COPY OF MY IMAGE?
All images remain the property of 3 girls photography and are protected by federal copyright laws. Duplication in part or whole (whether by scanning or reprinting) is strictly prohibited and will be prosecuted by law.
